Nothing. It would have been significantly easier to pay in person at the office prior to the appointment

What could we do to improve?

Asking patients to do this is the lobby with a room full of people is embarrassing and ridiculously unnecessary. There is no reason this couldn’t have been done either when scheduling the appointment or in a private area with the business office. Shame on all of you.
