“On March 31st, I went to the bathroom and noticed that something was wrong. A friend of mine has a urologist contact who I called that following Monday. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with the nurse practitioner talking to her about my concerns. I went in for my exam with the doctor and he told me that my prostate was swollen and that I may have cancer. The doctor said, ‘I can’t feel any cancer. Doesn’t mean you don’t have it.
