From Lenexa, KS on Sep 16, 2024

What did you like most about using MDsave?

Saving money easily

What could we do to improve?

Easy experience. The only reason I called a customer service rep was bc someone at the facility told me I’d overpaid. Your rep kindly, politely and professionally explained they could only see the facility charge and there was also a reading charge. That made sense because it was listed on my print out of the transaction.
