operating and recovery room services & supplies for outpatient stay (less than 24 hours) at Lake Granbury Medical Center
Physician fee
treatment and procedure-related postoperative follow-up visit(s) within 10 days of surgery. Does NOT include the initial evaluation to determine the need of the procedure.
Anesthesiologist fee
regional or general anesthesia for the entire duration of the procedure
Pathology fee
specimen(s) examination and tests for diagnosis. This test does not include the pathologic workup of malignancy. If malignancy is discovered during your procedure, additional charges will be incurred.
MDsave fee
Covers the cost of contracting upfront rates with all involved medical providers, processing payment, and distributing funds, minimizing administrative overhead and allowing for a lower total price

The goal for patients is not only weight-loss, but also reducing or eliminating health problems associated with obesity. These include chronic conditions such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnea and lipid disorders. Dr. Belott also specialize in minimally-invasive - also called laparoscopic - procedures, which typically result in less scarring and anesthesia as well as a faster recovery (compared to traditional surgery). More than 98% of their patients are discharged either the same day as surgery or with one overnight stay in the hospital. Most are able to return to work within one-to-two weeks of their surgeries.
