This includes a screening or diagnostic colonoscopy with or without specimens/polyps removal by biopsy or brushing.

- Facility feeoperating and recovery room services & supplies for outpatient stay (less than 24 hours) at North Okaloosa Medical Center
- Physician feephysician supervision & treatment in hospital. Does NOT include the initial evaluation to determine the need of the procedure.
- Anesthesiologist feeregional or general anesthesia for the entire duration of the procedure
- Pathology feespecimen(s) examination and tests for diagnosis. This test does not include the pathologic workup of malignancy. If malignancy is discovered during your procedure, additional charges will be incurred.
- Tendo Marketplace feeCovers the cost of contracting upfront rates with all involved medical providers, processing payment, and distributing funds, minimizing administrative overhead and allowing for a lower total price

Dr. Moussa is a Board Certified Gastroenterologist. He graduated from Alfateh Medical School, Tripoli and completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine and his fellowship in Gastroenterology at Norwalk Hospital, CT – Yale University. His expertise is in the area of prevention of colorectal cancer, management of esophageal disease, viral hepatitis, chronic liver disease, treatment of gastrointestinal emergencies and endoscopy.
