Your purchase includes the following services:
Facility fee
operating and recovery room services & supplies for outpatient stay (less than 24 hours) at Tennova Healthcare Turkey Creek
Physician fee
physician supervision & treatment in hospital. Does NOT include the initial evaluation to determine the need of the procedure.
Anesthesiologist fee
regional or general anesthesia for the entire duration of the procedure
Pathology fee
physician interpretation fee. This DOES NOT include the technical fee and patient's will receive a bill from Quest Diagnostics.
MDsave fee
Covers the cost of contracting upfront rates with all involved medical providers, processing payment, and distributing funds, minimizing administrative overhead and allowing for a lower total price
