Facility fee
operating and recovery room services & supplies for a normal inpatient stay (average 4 to 5 days) which will be determined by your physician at Augusta Health
Physician fee
treatment and procedure-related postoperative follow-up visit(s) within 90 days of surgery. Does NOT include the initial evaluation to determine the need of the procedure.
Anesthesiologist fee
regional or general anesthesia for the entire duration of the procedure
Pathology fee
specimen(s) examination and tests for diagnosis. This price does not include the pathologic workup of malignancy. If malignancy is discovered during your procedure, additional charges will be incurred. Some surgeries require a pathologist to be present during a procedure for a specimen collection. If this is your case, verify with your doctor whether or not an add-on pathology procedure should be purchased.
Hospitalist fee
services provided by a hospitalist, a doctor who is responsible for coordinating medical care for hospitalized patients if your physician becomes unavailable

Covers the cost of contracting upfront rates with all involved medical providers, processing payment, and distributing funds, minimizing administrative overhead and allowing for a lower total price
