This is a screening mammogram using 3D technology for one or both breasts for women who exhibit no signs or symptoms of any disease, complaint, or abnormality.
If you are 40 years of age or older, Self-Referral is acceptable and no physician order is required for a Screening Mammogram 2D and 3D. All Diagnostic Mammograms DO require a physician order.
