Everyone I interacted with was so friendly! Pam, the lady who did my procedure was caring and friendly. She immediately put me at ease and calmed my nervousness and anxiety. She told me everything she was doing as she was doing it and told why she was doing it. This was my first time getting this type of procedure done and she made sure to make me feel comfortable and at ease!
