What could have improved your experience with the medical provider?
First of all my physical therapist at the provider was fabulous. I really appreciated his knowledge and time with me. The administration however needs to better understand MDsave and also warn the customer that they could incur additional costs. Also they should know how to give out itemized statements that have all the information a person needs to try and get reimbursement from their insurance company.

This is a tough question. My issue with the medical provider has nothing to do with his medical skills, it's the lack of the office/hospital to inform the patient that this program exists
