Facility fee
collection of the sample (blood draw, urine collection, stool sample, etc.) and testing.

covers cost of bundling services and processing payment
Requires a physician's order, which can be faxed to (601) 932-4845 or brought to the appointment unless required when scheduling. For out of state orders please verify with the provider that they accept it. Procedure preparation requirements are provided during scheduling.

Covers the cost of contracting upfront rates with all involved medical providers, processing payment, and distributing funds, minimizing administrative overhead and allowing for a lower total price
