Facility fee
operating and recovery room services & supplies for outpatient stay (less than 24 hours) at Boulder Community Health
Physician fee
physician supervision & treatment in hospital. Does NOT include the initial evaluation to determine the need of the procedure.
Pathology fee
specimen(s) examination and tests for diagnosis. This test does not include the pathologic workup of malignancy. If malignancy is discovered during your procedure, additional charges will be incurred.
MDsave fee
Covers the cost of contracting upfront rates with all involved medical providers, processing payment, and distributing funds, minimizing administrative overhead and allowing for a lower total price

About Nancy Engellenner, NP
Nancy Engellenner, NP, received her bachelor’s degree in nursing in 1977 from the University of Colorado. She has completed additional training with the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. She is a certified Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner (WHCNP), and the Colorado State Board of Nursing also recognizes her as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APRN).
Ms. Engellenner has been practicing in the Boulder community since 1979. She specializes in diagnosing and treating the full range of health and wellness concerns for women of all ages. She sits on several medical committees and enjoys sharing her knowledge about the latest research and innovations in the women's health field.
When not caring for patients, Ms. Engellenner enjoys spending time with her family and dogs at home in the foothills of Boulder. She also she enjoys the challenge of growing a mountain vegetable garden, outdoor activities, and traveling.
