Your purchase includes the following services:
Facility fee
operating and recovery room services & supplies for outpatient stay (less than 24 hours) at Vista Medical Center Waukegan
Physician fee
treatment and procedure-related postoperative follow-up visit(s) within 90 days of surgery. Does NOT include the initial evaluation to determine the need of the procedure.
Anesthesiologist fee
regional or general anesthesia for the entire duration of the procedure
Pathology fee
specimen(s) examination and tests for diagnosis. This test does not include the pathologic workup of malignancy. If malignancy is discovered during your procedure, additional charges will be incurred.
Radiologist fee
DOES NOT INCLUDE the placement of pre-operative placement of radiological markers
MDsave fee
Covers the cost of contracting upfront rates with all involved medical providers, processing payment, and distributing funds, minimizing administrative overhead and allowing for a lower total price
