This includes a speech therapy session. The services and session time will be determined by a therapist for specific patient needs. Speech therapy aims to help improve a patient's speech. A speech therapy session may include services for the use of a speech generating device, evaluation to prescribe a speech generating device, treatment of swallowing dysfunction or oral function for feeding, sensory techniques to enhance sensory processing and to promote adaptive response to environmental demands, or treatment of speech, language, voice, communication or auditory processing disorder.
