About Fillmore Community Hospital

Fillmore Community Hospital

Fillmore Community Hospital is an award-winning, Level IV Trauma Center and hospital. Our team provides advanced medical care for our community and local visitors. Our caregivers take pride in providing high quality, affordable care and helping you live healthier. Partners in health since 1948.

In 1948, Fillmore Community Hospital was built and commissioned by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in partnership with the community.  The hospital later became one of the original 15 hospitals transferred to Intermountain Health in 1975.  In 1985, Intermountain Health constructed a new replacement hospital where it stands today, and the name was changed to Fillmore Community Medical Center.

Since its opening in 1985, the hospital has undergone renovations in patient rooms, including major improvements to the women’s and newborn areas. A solarium day room was added in 1990. The hospital also expanded imaging services, which included a CT scanner, in 2011.

In 2015, the name was changed back to Fillmore Community Hospital. Today, the hospital continues to add additional services and to improve its amenities for patients and caregivers.
