Sleep Study (Polysomnography) with CPAP Therapy

Dr. Kozlowski is fellowship-trained in Sleep Medicine and board-certified in Internal Medicine. He has dedicated himself to the full-time practice of Sleep Medicine.   He was born in New York and spent most of his life in New Jersey. He attended Fordham University for a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and graduated medical school at the Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poznan, Poland. Thereafter, he completed an Internal Medicine Residency in Honolulu at the Tripler Army Medical Center and a Sleep Medicine Fellowship at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan.   Dr. Kozlowski moved to Colorado and joined the Colorado Sleep Institute in 2022. He is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the American Medical Association, and the American College of Physicians.   Dr. Kozlowski loves Sleep Medicine as it is a relatively young field rife with growing technologic advancements and has significant impact on one’s health and well-being. He has an interest in sleep-disordered breathing and circadian rhythm disorders and co-authored a meta-analysis on myofunctional therapy for obstructive sleep apnea.   Outside of work, Dr. Kozlowski enjoys cooking, traveling, playing board and video games, hiking, and swimming.
