Our inpatient program has also been recognized by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities as a Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program. CARF is an international, independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services.   Reorganization of Rehab Services New Locations, Improved Facilities   Boulder Community Health is embarking on a sweeping reorganization of its extensive rehabilitation programs that will maintain all services while improving access, expanding expertise and upgrading facilities.   BCH is partnering with UCHealth and Children’s Hospital Colorado to create a regional network of rehabilitation services.   “Boulder Community Health’s vision is to thoughtfully develop partnerships that help us create and care for the healthiest community in the country,” said Dr. Robert Vissers, BCH President/Chief Executive Officer. “Combining resources with Children’s Colorado and UCHealth allows us to collectively provide more patients with access to a comprehensive range of top quality rehab services.”   Outpatient Adult Rehabilitation   BCH’s Outpatient Adult Rehabilitation program has relocated to the newly renovated facilities at the BCH Community Medical Center in Lafayette in spring 2019. This program will continue to provide adults with comprehensive therapy services that treat a wide variety of physical, cognitive and emotional challenges. Services will include physical, occupational, speech and hand therapies. BCH will independently operate this program.
