This includes the removal of a benign or malignant skin lesion that is larger than 4 cm.

- Physician feetreatment and procedure-related postoperative follow-up visit(s) within 10 days of surgery. Does NOT include the initial evaluation to determine the need of the procedure.
- Anesthesiologist feeregional or general anesthesia for the entire duration of the procedure
- Pathology feespecimen(s) examination and tests for diagnosis. This test does not include the pathologic workup of malignancy. If malignancy is discovered during your procedure, additional charges will be incurred.

Aaron Siegel, M.D. is an independent, board-certified general surgeon with extensive experience in gastro-intestinal procedures. He attended a training course in laparoscopic bariatric surgery at the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. He also completed a Bariatric Proctorship at two area hospitals and an INAMED training program for the adjustable gastric banding systme (LAP-BNAD). Lake County Surgeons, P.C., is known for consistently remaining on the cutting edge of surgery. In fact, they are one of the few teams in Lake County and Northern Illinois who specialize in laparoscopic, bariatric and lap band surgery techniques. The evolution of laparoscopic surgery has greatly enhanced patient comfort and care.
