What could we do to improve?
Having found MDSave online and not knowing if what I paid for was real or a scam, I was not confident when I called the hospital to make my lab appointment. The person who answered the phone at the hospital had never heard of MDSave and didn't know what to do with my call. Thankfully she connected me with someone in billing and they were able to get us set up! Everything else was perfect.
