What did you like most about using MDsave?

Saving money because I have get labs and ultrasounds twice a year. It really does help me financially.

What could we do to improve?

The procedural codes are very difficult. The description I get from my doctor's lab request doesn't come up and I have to try to get a lab tech to give me the correct codes and that's not easy either. It's a very time consuming, frustrating experience. I get labs twice a year and every time, I have to go through the same thing. Sometimes, I even entertain the thought of not doing it again because it takes up so much of my time to try to figure it all out myself.

What could we do to improve?

It was difficult to find the correct procedures for my lab work. I had to call the lab and get a technician to look at my orders and write up the correct codes to use. If I was able to type up the full description on your web site and then have a list that I could choose from would be easier. Just an idea ...
