What did you like most about using MDsave?

Saving money because I have get labs and ultrasounds twice a year. It really does help me financially.

What could we do to improve?

The procedural codes are very difficult. The description I get from my doctor's lab request doesn't come up and I have to try to get a lab tech to give me the correct codes and that's not easy either. It's a very time consuming, frustrating experience. I get labs twice a year and every time, I have to go through the same thing. Sometimes, I even entertain the thought of not doing it again because it takes up so much of my time to try to figure it all out myself.

What could we do to improve?

It was difficult to find the correct procedures for my lab work. I had to call the lab and get a technician to look at my orders and write up the correct codes to use. If I was able to type up the full description on your web site and then have a list that I could choose from would be easier. Just an idea ...

What could we do to improve?

Purchased vouchers on May 1 for lab done July 25. When arrived at appointment, the vouchers were marked as redeemed back in January!! Long wait for facility to sort it out with MDSave. How can this happen??

Being able to get it done when I was available and doing it on line.

What could we do to improve?

Have the procedures more easy to find with more identifications. I had several in my lab blood work and I couldn't find 4 of the 8. Went to get my lab work done and the receptionist found the other 4 but it took about an hour for her and I tried to use my CareCredit card but she couldn't get it to work. So I missed out on your services for 4 of my draws. (I checked my CareCredit card and it is fine so I don't know what she was doing wrong in not being able to use it).
