About Dr. Todd Tom

Todd Tom, MD, Breast and General Surgeon, has joined the Surgical Practice at Southern Regional Physician Management Group, LLC. For nearly 30 years, he has combined his passion for operations and analytics to drive excellent service and quality patient care.

Dr. Todd Tom is board-certified by the American Board of Surgeons and is a member of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Breast Surgeons. He received his medical degree from Hahnemann Medical University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and completed a General Surgery Residency at The Brooklyn-Caledonia Hospital, New York, as well as a Fellowship in Surgical Oncology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He also completed two Internships – one at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pennsylvania and one at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha.

Dr. Tom’s vast expertise, years of surgical experience, and specialty training have positioned him as a highly skilled surgeon who performs a wide variety of breast, general and specialty surgical procedures including, but not limited to Oncoplastic Breast Cancer Surgery; US Guided and Stereotactic Core Breast Biopsy; Anti-Reflux Procedures; and a wide variety of Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgeries like Hiatal Hernia, Thyroidectomy, Colon Resection, and Gallbladder.

His data-driven approach and continuous clinical improvement initiatives have led to the establishment of Breast Centers of Excellence at previous clinics. Dr. Tom optimizes patient outcomes through exceptional care and innovative cancer management. His goal is to bring his particular skill set to The Breast Health Clinic and Surgery Clinic at Southern Regional and transform the clinic into a Breast Center of Excellence.

Dr. Todd Tom sees patients in two offices – The Breast Health Clinic and Surgery Clinic, 7823 Spivey Station, Suite 205, Jonesboro and The Surgical Suites, 11 Upper Riverdale Road, SW, at The Women’s Center Terrace Level, Riverdale – both offer free accessible parking.
