Ravi D. Raju, MD received his medical degree from Gandhi Medical College in Hyderabad, India. He completed an OB-GYN residency at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn, Michigan. While in residency, he received the Best Laparoscopic Surgeon Award. After completing his residency in 1997, he moved to Fort Wayne and started in private practice. Dr. Raju joined Women’s Health Advantage in 2002. Dr. Raju is board certified in OB-GYN. He is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, American Association of Gynecological Laparoscopists, Indiana Medical Association, and the Fort Wayne Medical Society. Dr. Raju is the assistant Director of Obstetrics in the Fort Wayne Medical Education Program and is actively involved in teaching residents, physician assistants and nurse practitioners. He is chairman of the Physician Leadership Group at St. Joseph Hospital. He was instrumental in starting the Robotic GYN surgery program at Lutheran Hospital and continues to be a proctor for other physicians. Dr. Raju has office hours at our Lutheran location.
