About Matthew Longacre, MD

Matthew D. Longacre, MD, is a board-certified physician at Los Angeles Orthopedic Surgery Specialists. Dr. Longacre and his colleagues at the practice serve patients throughout Los Angeles County.
 
Dr. Longacre specializes in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine. Originally from Southern California, Dr. Longacre earned his undergraduate degree in biomedical sciences at the University of California, Riverside. He continued on to earn his medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2008. For his residency in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Longacre trained at the University of Southern California Medical Center. Dr. Longacre is a member of the California Orthopaedic Association and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
Intrigued by the constant challenge to stay abreast of the latest technologies and procedures within the orthopedic specialty, Dr. Longacre enjoys interacting daily with patients and using his surgical skills to improve patient disabilities.
