Dr. Joe Nemanich is a partner with Twin Cities Orthopedics, practicing in the South Metro. He is a board certified orthopedic surgeon and a fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, specializing in complex joint replacement. He also offers management of various musculoskeletal conditions, including cartilage and ligament injuries, arthritis and fractures.
A native of Minneapolis, Dr. Nemanich attended St. John’s University where he received his undergraduate degree in natural science. He went on to earn his medical doctorate at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Dr. Nemanich completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, where he developed an interest in adult reconstruction and published research articles focusing on joint replacement. His training also includes sports medicine and orthopedic trauma. Dr. Nemanich’s brother is a partner at Twin Cities Orthopedics, and his father is also a practicing physician in the Twin Cities.
