About Dr. Harrison Pearl

Harrison Pearl, M.D., neurologist, recently joined South Baldwin Medical Group – Neurology, to work alongside George Graves, M.D., neurologist.

Dr. Pearl focuses on ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke treatment, management and secondary prevention, as well as a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient neurological conditions. He also treats seizures/epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, dementia, headaches and migraines.

Dr. Pearl received his medical degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in Mobile, Alabama, and completed his Neurology Residency at Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Prior to his career as a medical stroke director, neurohospitalist, and clinical neurologist, he completed his Vascular Neurology Fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
