Dr. Darren Nabor earned his medical degree and served his residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. He went on to complete his fellowship in sports medicine at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. There, he worked with Wake Forest University Division I football, basketball, and baseball teams. He also worked with the White Sox affiliate minor league baseball team, the Winston-Salem Dash.
Dr. Nabor is board-certified and treats the entire scope of orthopedic conditions including joint replacement, fracture care, pediatric, and sports-related injuries. His expertise also includes treating femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) with hip arthroscopy. During his training he has researched and published literature on the most current techniques in ACL reconstruction and articular cartilage grafting. He works with patients and athletes of all ages and makes it his main focus to getting his patients back to the activities they enjoy doing.
In his free time, Dr. Nabor enjoys fly fishing and spending time with his wife and young son. Together, they explore the outdoors, hike and bike.
