About Christopher P. Meyer, MD

Christopher P. Meyer, MD, is a sports medicine fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon, who specializes in shoulder arthroscopy and reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, shoulder instability surgery, total shoulder replacement, knee arthroscopy and reconstruction, and total hip and total knee replacement surgeries.

Dr. Meyer received his subspecialty certification in Orthopedic Sports Medicine from the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

Dr. Meyer performs more than 500 total joint replacements a year. He continually follows patient satisfaction outcomes data, with results higher than the national averages. He continues to be focused on minimally invasive joint replacement surgery. He currently performs total hip and total knee replacement surgeries at Ridgeview Medical Center, Two Twelve Surgery Center, Crosstown Surgery Center and the Orthopedic Institute.
