Our goal is to help people regain their independence and improve their lives. The Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit and the Transitional Care Unit are located on the 3rd floor at Carlsbad Medical Center. Our outpatient therapy services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and more, are located at 1034 N Spring St.
