He went on to complete his internship and orthopedic residency at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Schell then returned to Emory University School of Medicine to complete his fellowship training in spine surgery.   An advocate for whole-body wellness, Dr. Schell spends his free time pursuing fitness and hiking.
