MDsave’s “staff is just amazing. The people that answer the phone, I mean, every single time I've called they’ve been the epitome of professionalism and kindness and genuineness. And you just can't find that anymore in many places. Oh, and so many women! Women are running things there and doing a wonderful job! I love to see it.

I had to call [MDsave’s Healthcare Support Team] because I had already paid for my tests, but then I was scared to go to a hospital during [the pandemic] because my immune system is shot. And the calmness of the people on the phone—they just understood. They told me, ‘It’s okay, don’t worry, we can issue a credit. And whenever you’re ready to get the tests, just call us back.’ And sure enough, that’s exactly what I ended up doing. 

I've already been to three different hospitals and one place to get my blood drawn (which is a little bit of a drive but totally worth it for the amount of money I saved and the hospital quality itself). “You know, I just can't share my experience enough! I've told five or six or seven other people now that are in the medical field about [MDsave]. And these are doctors who can't afford insurance for their families either! They’re in situations just like me, and I had no earthly idea that they were facing the same issues. 

So MDsave and [its] owners? I love them. I just love them. I do! [MDsave is] going to be on this journey with me for the rest of my life, because there's no cure. I'm going to have to go to the hospital every so often to have my liver enzymes and my kidney functions checked. And now I know that I can go somewhere and still be able to feed my family and invest my money so I can retire someday. I mean, it's just exemplary what [MDsave has] done. “Everyone Needs to Know This Exists”

“Now, I’m just hopeful that I can help somebody else. If there's somebody out there that's sitting in their home thinking they're dying and all the doctors are struggling to figure it out, I want to do what I can to help that person. And for anyone with Lyme disease, or [anyone who’s] not sure what’s going on within their body, this is a perfect site for you. So many of us can’t afford the bloodwork. We pay a fortune, but we’ll never be fully cured. We just have to keep beating down the bacteria so our bodies can fight it while not destroying our organs. So since we’re having blood work done all the time, why not save? Especially when you can spend less money and get top quality care from people that put patients first.

In my healthcare journey over the past two years, I’ve seen a lot. There are just way too many sick people out there, unfortunately. But hopefully [MDsave] can alleviate some of the challenges, some of the financial stress, of their healthcare journeys. That’s why I am doing everything I can to spread the word about MDsave. Everyone needs to know this exists. And they will! Because I’ll wear a sandwich board or something if I need to in order to get the word out. I would put a sign on the side of my car, you know.
